We believe relationships matter — so here’s a little about who we are and how The Evergreen Station came to be.

I’m Jason, Founder & CEO of The Evergreen Station. My wife, Shanel, and I are building a brand rooted in purpose — one we’re genuinely passionate about. Our focus isn’t just on what we deliver, but how we deliver it.

 

As a small business ourselves, we understand the responsibility and resilience it takes to build something meaningful. We believe in bringing value you can trust and service you can depend on.

The name The Evergreen Station carries intention. We’re both from Washington State — the Evergreen State — so the inspiration felt natural. But the meaning runs deeper.

Evergreen represents strength through every season. It symbolizes resilience, renewal, and enduring connection. To us, it reflects the kind of partner we strive to be — steady, reliable, and invested for the long haul.

OUR JOURNEY

Jason’s Background

My professional foundation is rooted in hospitality — in saying yes to opportunity, experience, and growth. That mindset has taken me to 20 countries and 35 states (and counting), shaping a perspective that is both practical and global.

​

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with respected organizations including CRISTA Ministries, McDonald’s, Nordstrom, Starbucks, Walt Disney World, Holland America, Vail Resorts, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Gorsuch Ltd.

​

Each role strengthened my understanding of what exceptional service truly means — clear communication, teamwork, work ethic, and delivering on promises. That philosophy continues to shape how I show up every day.

​

For nine years, I worked within two family-owned promotional products companies, gaining hands-on experience across product sourcing, decoration methods, vendor relationships, and strategic branding solutions. Those years gave me both industry depth and a clear vision for how I wanted to serve clients differently.

​

In 2025, I took the leap to build The Evergreen Station — bringing together years of experience, trusted relationships, and a commitment to doing business with intention.

Shanel’s Role & Background

Shanel, Co-Founder & Business Operations, brings strength, precision, and care to everything we do.

​

Her background as a highly valued Executive Assistant for companies such as Microsoft, Starbucks, Nestlé, and Upstart sharpened her attention to detail and operational excellence. She has always been recognized not just for what she accomplishes — but for how she accomplishes it.

​

She ensures projects run smoothly, communication stays clear, and no detail is overlooked.

Beyond her professional strengths, Shanel brings heart, perspective, and balance to our work. Together, we complement each other — combining vision with structure, creativity with discipline.
