After successfully completing a prior bulk staff shirt order for a charter school, we followed up to ensure everything went smoothly. During that conversation, they shared a larger challenge.

They had an online school store for parents set up by a different partner — but engagement was low. At the same time, the school hoped to increase student adoption of branded apparel as a step toward a future uniform transition.

They needed:

  • Greater parent participation in the online store

  • Affordable, wearable school-branded options

  • A strategy that aligned with their long-term vision

OUR APPROACH

When we reviewed the existing store, the issue was clear: pricing.

Many items were marked high for everyday children’s apparel — especially considering how quickly students outgrow clothing. The value simply wasn’t there for families.

We restructured the store with intention:

  • Reduced pricing by 25–50%

  • Removed unnecessary high markups

  • Selected quality, cost-effective garments

  • Curated styles and colors students would genuinely want to wear

  • Focused on everyday usability, not just logo placement

The result was a refreshed store centered around value, quality, and accessibility.

Parents immediately engaged with the redesigned store. Orders increased. Students began wearing more branded items proudly. Delivering Confidence for a Non-Profit Annual Event

PROJECT REQUEST

A local organization was referred to us for their annual event t-shirt. Past experiences with decorators had led to communication issues, artwork problems, and delivery concerns.

They were looking for a reliable partner.

They provided event details, a general .png art file, and a previous shirt for reference.

Elevating a Winery Holiday Member Gift Experience

PROJECT REQUEST

At the start of the holiday season, a winery reached out through a referral. They wanted to create a holiday gift for their members and had a product in mind, but needed help managing the rest of the project. With the busiest season underway, they were looking for a partner to handle the details from start to finish.

While their original item was strong, we recommended a refined alternative that better aligned with the winery’s elevated brand image. They immediately agreed.

We met this client at a networking event. They shared they run an ongoing giveaway program and needed branded items on a recurring basis.

Global Pop-up Event Logistics

PROJECT REQUEST

After working with this client for years at a previous company, they reached out via LinkedIn with an urgent request.

A corporate pop-up event required 8,000 branded bags, drop shipped to four cities — both domestic and international — on a tight timeline.​ We were ready.

Large-scale, time-sensitive projects rely on trusted relationships.

We immediately aligned with our supplier partners, confirmed specifications, and presented a clear production and shipping plan within days. Once approved, the order moved quickly into production to stay ahead of deadlines.
